There were two men that came in a company truck and did an excellent job for the first two days.  After the first two days, those men didn't return but instead the manager of the company came into my home and said that he would be finishing the job with someone else. I was extremely uncomfortable with this person doing the work and not the men that had started the job and I told him about this because I would have rather had consistency.  He was very aggressive, rude and shouting and the conversation was very hostile.  He began doing the floors and as soon as he began, it looked a mess.  The polyurethane that he was using was extremely watered-down and dirty.  I asked for a semi-gloss coating after pointing out the coating looked more satin. He said "if you want semi-gloss, you can spend the extra $600.00 and buy the polyurethane and I'll put it on there."  There were puddles of polyurethane that didn't even stick to the floor and dripping.
