+ -1 moreEverything went very well. Diane was very responsive to our many questions. She responds quickly via email, which we really appreciate. She worked with us to get the repairs done to satisfy the agreement of sale. In some cases, she met the repair people at the house for us and got the estimate - certainly above and beyond our expectations. The approximate cost above represents half of the commission for the home sale - (split it with the buyer agent).
Description of Work: Diane Malnati was our agent. She was previously the agent for the seller when we were the buyer. She was so helpful, that we decided to use her to sell our home. As our agent, she was simply amazing. We put our house up for sale in late February, and settlement was May 31. She made the process as painless as possible. She was extremely responsive to emails.
