Everything went very well. Diane was very responsive to our many questions. She responds quickly via email, which we really appreciate. She worked with us to get the repairs done to satisfy the agreement of sale. In some cases, she met the repair people at the house for us and got the estimate - certainly above and beyond our expectations.
