Overall, it was a new home owners worst nightmare. The video's look great, they talk the talk, but can't live up to what is promised on their website. We had a tight schedule with Furniture coming, so there was no going back after they did what they did. I can't call it completing their job or actual work, but it is far from that.

We only asked for Mr. Sandless to live up to their guarentee. They demanded 50% upfront before starting the work and also had me sign off that everything was done to my satisfacation while the floors were still WET and we couldn't enter the rooms. This is really a Scam from all angles and we are still really upset everytime we go upstairs, it breaks our hearts to have given away this money when we have so many other things to maintain and upgrade in our 1969 home.

All I can say, if you don't have the money to hire a proffessional floor refinishing company, don't try and save money with Mr. Sandless, it is like giving your money away with nothing in return. It is better to wait till the project can be done correctly.

There wouldn't be any issues if they only lived up to their guarentee as stated on their website and refunded us our money as promised.

I plan to use the service in the future.

They came prepared to pop out the pet stained wood and replace it, but were able to sand it out without replacing. This saved a lot of money and looks very good. They came on time, they worked neatly and cleaned up after themselves. Their methods did not make lots of dust, and we were able to walk on the floor in stocking feet within 4 hours. The next day we resumed use of the room. Great job. I would definitely use them again.

My experience didn't lead me to think it was worth my time to pursue getting an appointment. I found someone else to do the job.

We live in an older home and didn't want to refinish our floors if we could avoid it b/c the floors had been sanded several times, so we contacted Mr. Sandless. The representative who came to our home seemed to inflate the results of the process given the condition of our floor which was worn and significantly stained in some areas. He stated that the floor would respond to the non-sanding treatment and the result would be mimic a traditional sanding job. However, the representative who came out to do the work, took a look at our floor and told us that he would not be able to "make the stains go away" and that while it may be improved it would not be perfect. We proceded with the job none-the-less and I am glad we did. While the floor is not perfect, it looked much improved, even in the badly stained area! Mr. Sandless does not sand floors so the result is not as flawless as the traditional method, however, for floors that can't hold up to another traditional sanding Mr. Sandless is a good alternative.

The owner gave me an estimate over the phone based on the square feet involved. The work was scheduled within a week and a rep of Mr. Sandless arrived on time. He tested a small portion of my floor to make sure that his chemicals would remove the stains that had built up with the wax over the years. He didn't want to begin the job unless he thought that I would be pleased at the completion of the project. The solution seemed to be effective, and so he worked all day applying it and hand scraping. After the floor was cleaned, he used several coats of finish. The wood looks like new - spectacular! It has such a lovely glow. I am so happy with the results and can't say enough about the company in general, and the hard work and professionalism of the man who performed the job. We could have walked on the floor later that evening, but we waited until the next morning. It was a painless and mess free process, and very reasonably priced. I will gladly use them again.

They don't use sand, but they have a preparation that they use for the floors. They first put that down and then remove it. It takes care of bringing the floors back to what it should be. They then put a sealant on top of that. The floors are looking pretty good and they are over 50 years old. It finally worked pretty well. They were okay and it was our first experience with them. They were here on time and did the job. They did little extra things like they put down molding. They were very conscientious and explained things to us. They left some cleaning agents that we could use and also explained as to how to use those cleaning agents.

Very professional workmanship and customer service!

Originally, they thought that they could complete the job in one day, but when they realized that they wouldn't be able to, they rescheduled to come back on a Saturday, which was very convenient for me. They did a very good job of redoing the floors. My only complaint is that there is a slight difference (only when you look for it) in the transition from the section they did on the first visit and the section they did on the second visit (not quite as shiny). Overall, the new finish looks spectacular!

They were extremely punctual & professional. I was provided a free estimate, then utilized a coupon from the Merchandiser. Dave helped me keep within my budget & even gave me a bottle of floor cleaner that would be safe to use. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is a franchise, and Dave Werley services Bucks and Montgomery counties near Phila. The floor looks wonderful (we got the satin finish) and as promised was dry enough to walk on the same day. He and his wife, who fields the phone calls, were prompt and responsive and overall I was happy with the service. My one area of disappointment was that I paid the extra charge to have the furniture replaced at the end of the job only to discover that he did not recommend replacing the large, very heavy rug until the next day. Although he was willing to lay the rug anyway, I did not want to take the risk, so my husband and I wound up replacing the rug and furniture that went on top of the rug. Time will tell whether the finish lasts as promised, but as I said, it looks absolutely lovely now.
