Marty Sussman Honda my starter went, as a matter of fact it went right in the driveway.  I kept saying what's wrong, what's wrong. I said if you turn it off it's really hard to turn it on.  They had to actually push the car into the garage to fix it.  They were really good though, they did a great job.  It was under my warranty so it didn't cost me anything.  They honored the warranty.  No questions asked really.  The minute I said I had insurance warranty they said okay, no problem.  They were very understanding as I said, the car actually broke down right there and the reassured me the could take care of it and they pushed my car into the garage.  They had somebody drive me home and then they came back and picked me up later when my car was done.  I didn't have to sit there all day. Which is a service that they provide for people.  But they did provide that service and it was very nice.  They were just, they gave me the information that I needed to know and explained how the warranty worked and that I was covered and that sort of thing and all in all it was a good visit.  It was very professional and very thorough.  They weren't try to sell me anything they were just trying to get my car started.
