After less than 2 years, the paint started peeling off of the roof. Repeated phone calls to the owner went unreturned. When I finally was able to discuss the issue with the owner, Wayne Jefferson, he agreed in his words to "scrape and repaint" the tin roof. After 6 months of no action, he again said he would address the problem. Then (again) no action was taken. The final insult was when he finally stopped by my house a year ago to look at the problem and left me a note that he would repaint the roof for $175. This owner of this company is unprofessional, rude, unresponsive and untrustworthy. It's been over 4 years since the job was done, and much of the paint has now peeled off of the roof that he installed and painted, reflecting the horribly poor quality of work.
I'm resigned now to have the problem fixed at my own expense by a different and reputable contractor.
