Jim Bee Construction

Jim came out early on a Saturday morning to accomodate us.  Jim does seem to have a backlog of work during the spring and summer, so if you need something done immediately, he might refer you to another contractor.  Jim and one of his crew members took out our sliding glass door, tearing out the surrounding frame that was rotted.  He replaced all of the wood that had rotted with higher quality, pressure treated wood, and lowered the entire set up so that it was closer to our new floor.  He replaced the trim and the flashing on the outside of the door as well, and sealed everything with caulk.  We haven't had a leak since then.  Jim was very reasonably priced, and did excellent work.  He was very clean and thorough, and he wrapped up everything in three hours.  I would use Jim for everything if I could.  He's very honest, reasonable and does excellent, quality work.  I can't recommend him enough.
