If you want to sell your house quickly & stress free then I highly recommend Diane Cardano & her team.  Last Spring when I
wanted to downsize from my single family home to move into an over 55 community, I called 4 different real estate agents.  I choose Diane because I liked her team approach & I felt that she listened to me.  She went through my house and made suggestions on how I should declutter & recommended painting.  She had a painter who came in within a couple of days to paint at a very reasonable price.  We took advantage of her free truck to move items to our new home & also to remove items for donation.
  Diane?s pre-sale marketing & coming soon sign resulted in over 20 people viewing my house and within a week of my house going on the market, I got a signed agreement of sale.  I was concerned that my house would not appraise for the sale price because 2 other homes on my street had sold for substantially less, but Diane assured me that her husband was an appraiser & he would speak to the seller?s appraiser.  David in Diane?s office made sure that all necessary paperwork was taken care of and because I was on a prescheduled vacation on the date of settlement, David attended settlement for me and even deposited the proceeds from the sale into my bank account.  My house went to settlement 49 days after it was listed & sold at $100 over asking price. Even after the sale, Diane has continued to help me by sending a copy of the settlement sheet that I will need for income taxes.  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Diane & her team who made the selling of my house easy, stress-free and pleasant.

We are in the middle of using them. Our experience with them has been okay. I am a little bit confused with how things are going. So far, they have been fine as a realtor. They have been very professional. I am a little taken back. They have people available to do stuff for you. If you need a painter, they get a painter in. Not really knowing anything and being totally ignorant, I let their painter people come in and I wasn't happy with the painting. That has nothing to do with them. It's just the people they know that they get. They are fine as realtors and there are no problems. It's not like they are contractors. They have been very responsive. Their professionalism has been fine. They are doing what they need to do. I just should have got my own contractor and I should have got it done myself. I felt like they charged way too much money. A friend of mine came in and he is extremely good at all that stuff. He actually put the flooring in and he was totally angry by how they even painted. Some places didn't even have a second coat. There was some weird stuff that wasn't done. You need to check the contractors first. If you have people you trust, get them in there besides whoever is working for that particular company. They are not even working for Cardano, Realtors. They just happen to be the people that they know.

They are very helpful and nice. They were able to pull some strings and get me into my current apartment when I was having so much trouble with the landlord. They work well with people with disabiliites. Imogene is the realtor I work with and she is a doll.
