Paul Sisler

Well after two yearswe discovered a leak with the water leaching into the master bedroom.  It was found that the showerpan had been installed incorrectly and we had water and mold in the wals and under the floor.  Paul Sisler came to inspect and pulled the soap dish off the wall to see if that was where it was leaking.  It was not.  In the process he created a dent in the drywall of the master bedroom , at first offerin to fix it and then walked away saying that it was "not his problem."  We had to have the entire shower demolished and to find that there wer several flaws in the installation. We tried to contact Mr. Sisler to help correct the problem and after a long battle with an attorney, we were compensated very little by his insurance company for the damage and repair.  He continued to be unavailable for his wrong doing.   It cost us a great deal to get this issue taken care of and it was a brand new house.  We do not reccomend this tile installer because he does not stand behind his work.  He did not know the proper way and or materials to use for the installation of the shower pan and caused extensive damage to our house!!!  Stay away!!!
