Perfect. On the business side, Chad does all the work himself, has great follow through and kept us informed all the way through the project. Worth noting that Chad has years of experience in hardwood install/ finishing as he grew up doing hardwood in the family business. On the flooring side, excellent. I can not say enough about Chad's work. it is perfection. The floor is beautiful. It is smooth, wonderfully stained, and just exceptionally done. His attention to detail is evident at every turn, and he completes all aspects, including finishing hardwood edging to carpet and trim. The project included lacing new maple with old maple and staining to a darker color.
