Dave and Joanna spared to expense to making sure that everything was done to perfection, this would be an understatement...  They went out of their way to find the existing hardware that matched my existing cabinetry hardware.  The new pantry looks like it has ALWAYS been there.  It's amazing..  The attention to detail is awesome.  Its so refreshing to work with someone who keeps their appointments, lets you know how things are going and keeps in touch with you through out the process.  I will add that I never personally met them ( my husband was always the one who was at home when they came initially to when they returned to do the work).   I received the emails and responded back and both Dave and Joanna responded so quickly and were so easy to deal with.  Their work is awesome and I just can't thank them enough for the new amazing pantry and BIG drawer that I can actually now use and store things in!  They hauled my old pantry door away.
Anyone needing a good job will not be disappointed!

They were contacted prior to Christmas 2001 and showed up promptly to examine what needed to be done, took measurements and gave a quote for the job all within a couple hours.  Pricing for all that was included was quite reasonable.  We were not quite ready to start the process (after the holidays) and then started mid-January with Dave building the components and new drawer at his shop.  We waited for a couple weeks and then found out that Dave and wife were ill and had to reschedule many of their jobs.  We were not in a rush so installation in mid-February worked just fine.  They had all the parts and components needed to finish in one day.  Dave did an excellent job with craftsmanship and precision.  I recommend their work to anyone.

Owners David and Joanne Taylor met with us to provide a quote and explain how the pullouts installation process would work. They were gracious when we had to reschedule our first meeting. They provided a quote without high-pressuring us to commit to the project. After getting the quote, we went to a local home show to see a sample installation. They addressed all of the questions we had prior to us making a commitment to the project and were very responsive and positive to a change we wanted to make regarding our pantry area after we did commit to the project. We appreciated them offering guidance based on their own experiences of what works--aspects that we hadn't considered. They took careful measurements and showed up on installation day with a well equipped service vehicle. The work area inside and outside our home was left clean. The installation was completed in the estimated amount of time. We converted a pantry closet and  upgraded four existing kitchen cabinets with these pullout shelves. We are so excited about the pullout shelves. I'm having to retrain my thinking. Hey! These shelves actually pull out now! By having access to the front and back of shelves--especially deeper shelves--I think we are making more effective use of the space. Of all the kitchen projects we have on tap, we decided to start with this one and consider it well worth the cost. We would definitely recommend Pullouts Plus and owners David and Joanne Taylor to others and we will not hesitate to call on them again for other custom carpentry needs. Del and Kathryn P.

Called when pull out drawers were in.  Made appointment to install.  Arrived exactly on time.  Replaced shelves with pull outs.  Was neat and clean while working.   Measured and worked with me to have shelves be the correct amount of space apart.  After all were installed cleaned up.  A lovely man and excellent to work with.  Now all my kitchen cabinets work great.  We can store much more stuff and everything is very neat and easy to access.  The best thing we have every done to improve our small apartment kitchen!

"While I appreciate all good reviews, I feel there was a mistake here. I have no record of your name on any of my invoices, and also do not work in Colorado. We only work in the Portland/Salem areas of Oregon. Dave"

They were excellent. The guy who came was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I love the cabinets. He did a really god job. I’m very happy with him. He is very nice. The quality of work was good and superior. They were very punctual. The guy came out when he said he would and never rescheduled me. I would definitely recommend them. Their price was cheaper. I would use them in the future.

We were getting ready to move into a new condo with little storage space. The kitchen cabinets were few and the openings very deep. We hoped to find a solution to our storage and access problems in the kitchen. We scheduled an estimate from Dave Taylor of Pullouts Plus on September 8th. . He was very helpful and came up with innovative ideas. He took careful measurements and determined he could do the work at his shop and bring the finished materials for installation in a month. This was a big relief because we don't have a garage in which he could bring his equipment and work. As it turned out the pullouts fit perfectly. We were amazed at the beautiful custom carpentry and the innovative ideas he incorporated iinto our plans such as the full extension drawer above the refrigerator and the full extension drawers under the washer/dryer and the miscellaneous drawer above the dividers. The installation was fast and smooth. Our work was completed on October 4th . We were thrilled with the beauty and function of our pullouts. Dave's skill and professionalism as well as the finished product exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommended Pullouts Plus and Dave Taylor, the owner.

The entire process went very well. I would reccommend Pullouts Plus to anyone who wanted to update their kitchen and make everyday chores alot easier for a very reasonable price.. In fact, as an example of Dave Taylor going the extra mile without thinking twice about it for several weeks I have had a bit of a loose seat on my main bathroom. I rarely use this bathroom but all my guests do. Dave adjusted it and didn't mention it until this 2nd visit in which he installed my shelves. I did notice when cleaning the bathroom that the seat seemed to have tightened up and now I know why. Overall a very pleasant experience from start to finish. High quality work completed very promptly and with thorough clean up. I have been thinking about getting my cabinets refaced and I now know who I'll call to do the work.

Dave consulted with me at my home, took measurements, and invited me to his shop to see more samples of his work. Decisions were made and he moved forward with the build. The pantry came in first and a few weeks later he installed the door and drawer fronts in the kitchen. Every activity was done very maticulously. Dave's attention to detail is amazing. Clean up was performed after each visit.

Dave came by our house to give us a bid on pullout installation. He had several good suggestions, and gave us a bid for the project. His bid was slightly less than another bid from a different company. He took the necessary measurements at the time of his first visit. We contemplated the project for a few weeks, and decided to go ahead with it. We called Dave and he was able to order, finish and install the pullouts within about a month. He made a custom-fit pullout for under my gas cook top, for large pans. The drawers are of high quality, and look great. The process was painless, and I love my new kitchen!

Originally, I had pullout shelves that a former homeowner installed. While most were convenient they were not good quality. After something spilled in one cabinet I decided to look for someone to redo the existing shelves. I interviewed two individuals for the job and had them measure all lower cabinets, my pantry and my kitchen island. Initially, my husband and two teenage children did not think the redo was necessary. Dave suggested I turn the three lower shelves of my built-in pantry into four pullout shelves and explained how the space could be managed better. He also designed shelves for my center island to store my pots, pans and cookie sheets. Overall, the installation went smoothly and the finished product works and looks great. The shelves now glide easily, and are able to bear the weight of items stored. It amazes me that even though I had the work completed in June 2010, two months later my husband and children still remark what a smart idea it was and how much they like the finished product.

Contacted the contractor late May; he came out and provided us with information about what services he provides, what materials & quality he uses. We were impressed with the quality of his work and hired him to redo our pantry, one undercounter cupboard and remaking another cupboard. He wasprofession, timely, completed the work within the announced time frame, cleaned up the work area and left us with a beautiful set of pullout drawers that will last a lifetime! I would recommend him to anyone wanting cabinetry work done.

Work was performed as quoted. Install was later than planned due to physical injury of contractor, but contractor did call and keep me informed. The product is of excellent quality. They are nice to work with and cleaned up the mess afterwards.

Dave was on time for each appointment. His part of the job was going to cause lots of sawdust from the sawing, and when he was done the kitchen was cleaner than when he started. He also was going to do some trim (seperate bid) after the granite was installed, and then he realized there was no need. Rather than just create work, he told us that the trim would be an expense that was unnecessary. I would recommend Dave for any woodworking needs. He is very honest, friendly, and professional. We are extremely happy with his work.

Dave was great to work with - had good ideas and provided us with a good reference. The addition of crown molding and new hardware brought our kitchen up to date. The conversion of the two lower cabinets into one with pull outs was a great idea. No more getting on hands and knees to peer into the back of a cabinet! The price was reasonable, but I don't have the exact figure as I write this. I would definitely use him again and have referred him to others.
