They do shoddy work and don't stand behind their work. If you contact them for follow up, they'll say they'll fix it the next time they're in your area, but they'll never actually get back to you. You can text, call, and email them after and they'll never respond. Once they get your check, they don't care how poor the job they did is. I would never work them directly and would avoid them. If your roofer insists on using them, make sure your roofer hires them as a subcontractor (so you pay your roofer and not them) so when you run into issues (and you will), you can lean on your roofer instead of trying to deal with these deadbeats directly. If your roofer won't hire them as a subcontractor and insists you work with them directly, find a new roofer. That's how bad Bell Gutter Service is.

They were cost-effective, quick, and did a very good job on both homes. I would definitely use them again.

Returned my call with in a couple of days (he was on vacation). Came up and give us the estimate. The work was done about a week later. When they were done working, all the old gutters, etc. were removed from the premises. Very friendly and easy to work with.

This company was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. They seemed to know what they were doing. While they were there, they took care of another problem that they noticed. This is a friendly, family owned business.
