They took care of the bugs without my help. Ither companies were more expensive and wanted me to do all but spraying myself, before and after. I have since had only one flea. Amazing and so caring. Awesome!! About 6 months earlier they had taken care of racoons setting up home underneath in the crawl space. That too was done efficiently. I will continue to call them when the need arises.

I knew I had ants and dry rot. Greg agreed to come and give a free estimate. He came on time and was fully prepared to crawl under the house into the 3' space and discovered carpenter ants, termites, and wood eating beetles. Lots of them! He said he would get an estimate to me in a couple of days - which he did. I told him to go ahead and he actually came on a day I was not home but he went right to work (on a Saturday) and again went under the house and drilled holes into the ground in several places and placed the stuff into the actual nests to get to the problem. While under there he found a water leak! He left me a note to call him as soon as I got the message. As it happened, I came home as he was leaving and he was able to show me where the leak might be and give me a recommendation for someone who could come and fix it ASAP.
The ants were gone before 24 hours were up! That was 1 week ago. Yesterday I called him again because I saw a few ants inside the house in one area. I called and left a message and Greg was at my door within a few hours (he was actually out of town when I called and he came to me as soon as he got back here. He again went under the house and crawled clear to the back of the house where he found a small pocket he either missed or where a few survivors from the 1st time had reestabllished.
He came in the house and watched and waited to see where they were getting in. Within minutes they were coming out of a tiny little hole in a corner wall. He then got some inside stuff and inserted that into the hole and that was that!
When he left (around 6 p.m.) he went down the street to a neighbor who had called him about some and quot;critterand quot; sounds in their house.
Greg is an honest, knowledgeable, helpful owner and he know his business! He is willing and ready to come anytime, anywhere and will keep at it until the problem is totally solved. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.
