Sewing Machine Repair
The machine was in the shop for over three months, although the claim ticket stated that machine left for that long would be sold. My emails and calls were not answered. Finally, I stopped in - which is a 20 minute drive - and talked with them. The machine was ready in another two weeks.
Now, four months later, the machine is having the same trouble. While they stated that their work was guaranteed for a year, so far they have yet to honor that guarantee. Again, my calls and emails have not been answered.

Sewing Machine Repair
I LOVE THIS STORE! EVERY TIME I AM THERE, THE STAFF IS COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. MY MACHINE WAS FIXED IN TWO DAYS, AND IS BACK TO RUNNING PERFECTLY. THE SALESPEOPLE ARE NEVER PUSHY, AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP.
