My mom lives on a half acre lot and needed help maintaining it. Mr. Escutia does a wonderful, thorough job at an excellent price. Once, he even brought and planted a tree to replace one that died. He did this without prompting. He is a kind, polite, and thoughtful person.

We have been using Simon and his crew for several years. He does good work, is reliable, trustworthy and fairly priced.

We have been using him for 2 years, and he is very good. He is prompt and fair in his pricing. He comes out every other week and keeps the yard weed free of debris. He is very trustworthy and easy to work with.

Mr. Escutia and his wife were punctual on their initial visit. After that they came at their convenience. They agreed to do the work and told me they had to call me back with a quote. They did so, and after a little bit of negotiation, we agreed on $40 per visit, which I consider very fair. They came three times. Mr. Escutia was  always there, working and supervising his help, and the crew is always the same which makes for better maintenance. He and his crew are very willing to please, careful, and respectful. However, after the third visit Mr. Escutia called to say the work was too much for the price. He arrived that day and I asked him to cut back some ivy growing around the mailbox. He did a poor job leaving it looking quite chopped. When I told him that I was not happy, he quit on the spot, did not finish the day's work, and left. I would not recommend them although at first they showed willingness to work for a fair price, because they did not keep their word on our agreement, and they walked out of the job without giving me notice or completing the day's work.

Simon and his wife, Maria, are extremely pleasant and conscientious. They take pride in their work and are known for their reliability and reasonable prices. Simon maintains the yards of 5 homes on our block, and you can pick out the homes that use his service by the beautifully kept yards.
