Deck and Porch Service
The deck still looks great. What really stood out was his engineering. He told the old deck apart, re-engineered the beams and replaced some more, and designed the new deck. He did a super-craftsman job of putting it together. I have never had a deck that was this tight and sturdy and well-built. He is a hard-working craftsman who does the work himself and has all the modern tools and equipment. He is old-school but is knowledgeable about all of the new building codes. He even cleaned up five years of raccoon dung before he started that was underneath the deck. When he built the new deck, he put skirts on it so no more raccoons would go under it.
