Workers showed up on time and performed the work as described in the contract. Returned after the job was completed to answer any concerns that I had.

I had a bid for a backyard cement patio and to re-stain the front porch cement patio, including some additional cement work at the front door. I was told that doing both front and back at the same time would save me money. I agreed and signed the contract accordingly. They completed the backyard patio in a timely fashion. However, I was told the weather was too cold to do the front and they'd come back in a few weeks. I've called and emailed them numerous times. The job still has not been completed. It's been over 3 months now. The owner at the time the back patio was done, was great to work with. The office manager I've dealt with has tried to help, but the front porch job is still not done. The backyard patio has some cracks that I'm not pleased about.
