Wonderful from start to finish. Gary was available in less than 1 week, described his services and price over the phone-including explaining he uses only environmentally safe products. He arrived on time, was pleasant, friendly, and efficient. My carpet looks fabulous! Gary also told me where I could buy the stain-lifter he uses.

The person used the standard equipment that almost all carpet cleaners used, yet charged about three times more than other cleaners. Rather than charge by the room, he used a measuring tape to measure the spaces to make sure he was getting maximum revenue and did not move any furniture. The quality of the work was mediocre making many excuses for why the carpet was not cleaning well. Previous carpet cleaners did a better job at a much lower rate.

WE WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WAY OUR ENTIRE CARPET WAS CLEANED. WE HAVE A PET AND THE CLEANING WAS VERY THOROUGH AND WHEN FINISHED, THE CARPET LOOKED JUST LIKE NEW.
