Crew arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning. Would recommend.

They arrived on time and was very responsive in starting in right away. They did a good job on the cleaning throughout my home and I was pleased with the end results. Scheduling a day and time that worked with my schedule was the only challenging part in working with them.

There are 3 cleaning ladies came. Only one can speak a little bit English. I was told right away that certain things will not be cleaned because they will not enough time to get to them. I will have to pay extra. However, it is not what it says in the package when I bought it. I bought a deep cleaning package, not a service by hours. Then I was asked if it is ok to use my microwave to heat up their lunches and eat their lunches. It is ok with me. But I do feel a little bit unconformable about paying for their lunch time after told they couldnt perform their service. I even gave them tips just because I was thinking this might be the company's false advertisement not their fault. The work they perform is not impressive, just a Ok cleaning job you would expect from any cleaning people. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not buy service from them in future for sure.

This is in response to "Absolutely Cleaning LLC" . I'm attaching a screenshot of the coupon/deal I bought and its clearly for a "DEEP CLEAN". I'm not sure where the confusion on your end is. I tipped because it was the decent thing to do regardless of how you manage your team. Also, I have photos of the before and after. My house was in no way "excessively dirty" as I had house cleaners there two weeks before who did a better job in two hours then your team did in 1.5. Also, you stated that three people would be working and when we arrived home early, you were sitting in your car on the phone while your two employees worked. You need to re-read your own coupons and fine print because you not only did a poor job, you denied that I had the coupon I purchased through Angie's List.

I had a very hard time scheduling. Multiple emails went unanswered. When I called, I was given a date and time, and then when nobody showed up, I was told that I hadn't scheduled that date/time. I understand they are a small business and may have been overwhelmed at the response. However, I didn't get my refrigerator or oven cleaned (those were specifically advertised as part of the cleaning), and they didn't even wipe down the windowsills. They threw my recycling in the trash. Overall, I felt the service was careless, and I would recommend or use again.

Some confusion with scheduling but it worked out. The team was amazing and did a great job!

The 3 cleaners did a great job at cleaning overall; however, their supervisor gave me pushback on cleaning the refrigerator. I bought the whole house deep cleaning deal and he only agreed to clean the refrigerator after I showed him the print out detailing the exact services it included. I think the company and its employees should know exactly what each deal includes before they show up to do the work. Other than that, they did an awesome job cleaning my 1900 SQ foot home.

I did not get to met Maria, she had a good reason for not showing up, but the ladies on her team did a great job. I would hire the team again as long as Maria is still involved.

I purchased a deal on Angie's list for $149 for deep housecleaning, including interior of oven and refrigerator. It stated that it was valid for "homes up to 2,000 sq. ft; service provider will take as much time as is required to complete all cleaning items." We scheduled the cleaning for late Friday afternoon in late August but were running about 3 hours late so I called to reschedule for another day. Maria was very pleasant throughout but I had a hard time understanding her because she has a thick Spanish accent. When the crew arrived on 9/6, they were on time but there were only 2 cleaners and a driver. I had been told that there would be 3 cleaners for the previous visit. The driver, Judy, immediately said they could only stay 1.5 hours and I would have to pay for additional time at the rate of $111/hour. I wasn't prepared for this and was confused so I called Maria and the driver translated for us. Maria insisted that I misunderstood the deal and we agreed to have them work 1.5 hours and see how far they got. If they needed another 30 minutes, I would pay $52.50. My home was not excessively dirty but we have 2 small dogs and a cat. In addition, we are preparing for an estate sale and there is a lot of clutter. However, I instructed them not to clean one bedroom and ignore the areas that were cluttered. Also, the refrigerator and stove only needed exterior cleaning. and the sheets didn't need to be changed. However, I asked them to wash the bathroom walls and ceiling for me. They cleaned the blinds in the bathroom, 2 bedrooms, dining room, and kitchen. When they had been there 1.5 hours but weren't finished, I called Maria to discuss what to do next and agreed that another 30 minutes would be fine. Judy translated, which was a huge help. The cleaners were pleasant and did a good job in general but they missed a few things and the blinds weren't as clean as I like. My main complaint is that I don't think I got what I paid for or what the agreement covered. Also, Maria was hard to reach and hard to understand unless you're fluent in Spanish. However, the house is much cleaner than they found it!

It went well. I was charged a bit more than the deal price since I asked for a move-out clean while the deal wasn't covering that. Not their fault.

Women worked quickly and cleaned thoroughly

They came and cleaned the whole house. Did a good job at what I asked them to do.

Great. I told them what areas to clean and they went right to it. They just seemed to know what to do without much direction.

I would give A BIG THUMB UP for this provider! They (Maria & Bob) responded very quickly to my need and was able to schedule the service on the same day morning that I called because their crew happened to be working in the same area. Their crew did a FANTASTIC job in cleaning everything within 4 hours (4 people, 1 hour) - kitchen including appliances, bathroom, vinyl floor mopping and carpet floor vacuum, blinds dusting, etc. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDER.

Scheduling was a little tricky, but once we set a time and date, the cleaning service was excellent!

They spent a long time cleaning everything required. Great job.

I waited 2 days before i decided to call them because I had heard nothing from them. They answered with a Hello. No reference to their business name at all. We set up a day and time for them. to come out. The time was between 10 and 12.. They never showed up or called so I called them and said something that I couldn't understand. I may have been that she tried the night before to let me know they would be out later but not sure.. I than found out they would be out between 2 and 3. I waited and no one showed again. I called her back and cancelled the appointment. I sent Angies List a note asking for a refund and they were very quick to get my refund back.

Workers showed up on time and worked steadily while they were at my home. They did a very good job, especially concentrating on the areas that I asked them to.
