Called on a Friday in the morning and left a message. Was called back shortly after lunch and he was able to swing by, but was confident he could do the job. Arrived on time and very communicative. Started the job and finished, with an excellent eye and skill for detail and super clean install. All went well and then a leak on a brand new indoor coil resulted in the install not being complete and going into a weekend to exceed 100F. He contacted Trane and was able to get it processed under warranty and they shipped one, which was communicated to not have anything nearby. I was contacted Monday morning and asked if the afternoon would work. He came by, swapped the indoor coil with brand new unit and tested the system and recharged the system. Fired up the unit and had a small communication issue with the thermostat, but was fairly quick to work around. He double checked the refrigerant after it had been running for an hour. House has been cool and unit operating perfectly. Work is truly one of a highly experienced tradesman. Very clean, super respectful and highly accommodating. I'm reluctant to use any contractor and they seem rushed and make annoying mistakes which need correction later. The work, cleanup and attention is definitely of a pro. Will use for future maintenance and highly recommend.
