This summer (2015) we had a new roof put on our retirement home by Winston Roofing.  
This was a first time ever experience (we are middle-aged) for us, so of course we as many others went through all the discussions before our choices were finally solidified.     Personally I have never considered a roof as being attractive.   Our new roof is BEAUTIFUL!  (I would love to share a couple pictures if there?s a way.)
I can?t emphasize enough the positives we found in this Winston Roofing team?
-Great customer service, approachable, excellent communication skills that eased any/all concerns we had.   Entire team was polite, HARD WORKING, and as unobtrusive as they could be while we stayed in the house during the roof install.
-The Winston Roofing team did go the extra mile for us, literally.  We live on the coast of Oregon, and their team of eight or so men drove from Winston in two trucks (both with trailers), and as soon as the vehicles stopped men were out and up on the roof.  They all worked ALL day, taking one break to eat.  At the end of day one we were told two men were going to stay over night on the coast, and would be at the house early to complete the job.
-One day and ½ and our new roof was finished! Right down to the colored vents I asked for.  They went over the property with a magnet roller to be sure all staples/nails were picked up, and removed all packaging trash.  
What a great group of hard working professional men.  We highly recommend Winston Roofing, and rest assured the finished product is worth every penny invested in a beautiful, worry free, roof over your head for years to come.

Crew from Winston Roofing cleared moss from roof and treated roof to prevent future moss growth. They took before and after pictures for me and my insurance company. All work done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Responsive to questions and seemed to be very honest folks. I would definitely use them for a roofing job if I needed a new roof.

We were very pleased with Winston Roofing and would recommend them to anyone who needs to have a quality job done.

They arrived on time.

Kept us informed of their progress and answered any questions we had.

Provided tarps surrounding the house to protect the ground cover, shrubs, and to make clean-up faster and easier.

Removed the old roof and material down to the sheathing.

Re-nailed the sheathing as required.

Cut the ridge for new venting.

Installed the new underlayment, roofing, venting, and flashing in a very professional and knowledgeable manner.

Clean-up was very thorough. I only found 1 staple and 2 very small pieces of underlayment afterwards.

It looks very good and should last for years to come.

And it is guaranteed, both labor and material.

Winston Roofing and his employees were awesome!! We were told the job would take a day. But because of the dry rot it took them an extra half day. They showed up both days when they said they would. Overall a great experience!

After hearing from several people that Winston Roof did a good job we called and requested a bide. The owner Jaime Alcaraz came over took measurements and made suggestions, he them mailed the bide as he said he would. When we accepted the bid it was explained we would be contact with scheduled work date. The date was agreed on, the crew showed up on time laid out tarps to protect yard and landscape. The job was completed in one and a half days as stated. Our yard looked like it did prior to the roofing, the only change was a very nice looking roof with a great warranty.

10 years experience and you can tell. They even did the job in one day! The guys got here about 20 till 8 in the morning and were done at around 5. He had a crew of about 5 guys and I really didn't have any problems with them whatsoever. Jaime came out and checked on them a few times to make sure they were doing a good job. They replaced the shingles and put on tan instead of black and they cleaned up all of the mess afterwords. I would recommend him to anyone.
