They were prompt, they did a good job, they found out what was wrong, what wasn't wrong, and sent me home. They did an oil change and said "goodbye".

It was fine. It was under warranty. I liked that it was under warranty and it was free. They were ok, nothing special. It took about an hour. The workers were ok.

It was uncomplicated. You deal with one person straight through. They have one price, it's "no-negotiation". They have a very good service department and a service rep.

I was browsing on AutoTrader when I saw the perfect car at a great price being sold by Wilsonville Toyota. I went to the Wilsonville Toyota website and I found the same car at the same great price. I called Wilsonville Toyota and spoke to a sales guy for about 20 minutes and he answered my many questions about the car. I told him that I wanted to take it for a test drive. He said that he would get it ready for me and that when I came in, I should ask for Ron, the sales manager. I took a day off of work, and drove 45 minutes to Wilsonville. When I got there I asked for Ron, but instead I was introduced to someone else whose name I can’t remember. I told this person that I’d like to see the car. Here’s what happened:
Wilsonville Toyota: “No problem, we’ve already got it ready and waiting for you. We’ll drive it right up.”
Me: “Great!and quot;
Fifteen minutes later...
“Sorry, we can’t find the car for some reason. Give us a few minutes.”
Me: “No problem”
Fifteen minutes later…
Wilsonville Toyota: “We’re still looking. It’s definitely not been sold. We see it in the computer. We’re still looking. In the meantime, would you like to test drive this other car?”
Me: “Ummm….that car costs $5,000 more. I’ll just wait for you all to find the car I came to see.”
Wilsonville Toyota: “Ok.”
Fifteen minutes later…
Wilsonville Toyota: “Sorry for the mixup, but we sold the car three weeks ago.”
Me: “Seriously?!”
Wilsonville Toyota: “Yeah, we’re sorry. But we have lots of other great cars.”
ALL the other cars they showed me were $4,000 to $6,000 MORE expensive than the car I was interested in. They didn’t have ONE single car of a similar make/model that was even in the ballpark pricewise.
This is what's called a Classic and quot;Bait and Switch”. So much for their “No Bull” Policy. They wasted almost a whole day of my time considering the drive time and all I got was a “sorry.”
You have been warned.
Note: I reported this to Autotrader.com [they actually have a “Report Bait and Switch” fraud link] and the nonexistent-vehicle ad was removed from the Autotrader website.

On June 20th I gave Wilsonville Toyota a $1000 deposit for a
2014 Toyota Highlander. These cars are in high demand, and they told me they
had one coming in early in July, and by giving them the deposit it would
guarantee I would get the car. I told them I was leaving town on a business
trip, but would be back on July 4th. On July 1 I got a text saying the car was
in. I texted back to say I would be in on the 5th to pick it up. I had a buyer
for my Honda Pilot so I called my wife to tell her to go ahead and sell the
Pilot, and the new car was ready. She sold the car on July 2. I then got a text
on July 3 saying oops it really wasn't your car, this despite the fact I had an
invoice with the VIN. I had 4 calls on the 5th of July from Boyce Maclaurie.
Every time his story was just a bit different so I knew something was up. On
the 4th call he finally said, well you don't believe me so I'm just going to
run a $1000 credit on your AMEX. So now here I was my car was sold, and the car
I had put a deposit on was no longer mine. Through Toyota I received a document
called and quot;Dealer Dailyand quot; What that document showed was that my
Highlander with my VIN was delivered there on June 30 and was sold to someone
else on June 30. Mr. Maclaurie spun a story so different from this it is
pathetic.I did find a similar car on the other side of town, but the fact of
the matter was that Wilsonville Toyota kept my $1000 for three weeks, lied to
me what happened to my car, and then tried to make me seem like the bad guy. So
I took all of this info and wrote an email to Dave Jachter. He's the and quot;No
Bulland quot; you see on their TV ads. A few minutes after sending off the email,
I received a phone call from Ron Owens, who identified himself as Vehicle
Operations Director. He was very
apologetic, and admitted that yes indeed they did sell my car to someone else.
I told him I wanted to know if Mr. Maclaurie was a and quot;lone wolfand quot; or was
it the corporate culture at Wilsonville Toyota to treat customers this
way. He assured me that we would share
the email with the boss and get back to me as to why this happened. A week later still no response, so I emailed
Mr. Owens. He said Mr. Jachter had been out of the office, but he was going to
sit down with him the next day to discuss it.
Now three weeks later, still nothing.
All of the above are facts that I have backed up with hard copies, phone
records, emails and texts. What follows now is just my speculation. Since this car was sold to someone else on
June 30th, my gut tells me it's the end of the month and Mr. Maclaurie needs to
and quot;bumpand quot; up his numbers..he decides to sell my car to someone else, and
that he would deal with me later. As for why Mr. Jachter has not gotten abck to
me I speculate he's too busy making and quot;No Bulland quot; TV ads. Be very wary if
you decide to buy a car at this dealership

I loved Wilsonville Toyota's service. No high pressure. There was not any closure that came and all that kind of thing. Of course I'd like the price to have been lower but the price was fair. I'd recommend anybody to them.

I liked everything that they've done. I think they're really honest and straight forward with you. They only do what needs to be done. They're not the cheapest but not expensive.

I paid approximately $175 to have the car gone over with a fine tooth comb. I explained I was giving the car to my daughter and was anxious about safety. it had 300,000 miles. The car was give an and quot;all clearand quot;, i couldn't believe it and called to make sure. I was told it was fine. My daughter drove the car and told me the brakes were not stopping it . I drove and felt the front brakes stopped by the rear did not and the car felt like it was being pushed from the rear. i also took it to have the oil checked and was told at an oil change place. They told me the oil was low and that there were two significant leaks.
i took the car back to Wilsonville and they agreed to check it but wanted to charge me again. I refused. they did a recheck and found there was air in the rear brake line and that it was not working properly and there were indeed oil leaks that needed to be repaired.
they did these two repairs and i am satisfied with the labor however missing these problems in the first place
does not inspire confidence. why did they not find it the first time and send the car out in an unsafe condition. My daughter also felt the steering is too loose and I will have that repaired elsewhere. Additionally the A/C does not work but they did not pick that up either.
thank- you Margo Traines

Their package came with the purchase of vehicle that we used and is part of wrecking. They were efficient checking, know what they do, everything went fine, and I like it.
