We thought perhaps we had heard Mark wrong in the store, but one week later the carpet installers, Abbey Carpet, have been here. They moved heavy furniture, used power machinery and left the carpet looking brand new. They told us that the cost had been covered by Wilsonville Carpet and Tile, so we owed nothing. We were amazed at this kind of courtesy and service. They have certainly earned our future business.

Using our design wishes, the owner, Mark WIlliams, in addition to giving us professional advice, performed demolition, installed tile floors, tile shower floors and walls, tiled walk-in bathtub surrounds, backsplashes, and over saw the quartz counter acquisitions, including sinks. His professional advice was well considered and I sure saved us a lot of money. I have nothing but praise for all the operations as performed. They were done in a timely fashion with minimal expense, and careful attention to detail. The tile setter, Rob, is an artisan, a pleasure to work with, and a careful caretaker of his workplace. The result is magnificent.

From start to finish the process went perfectly. Job was finished ahead of schedule and on budget. I highly recommend these guys.

Wilsonville Carpet and Tile did an outstanding job on our bathroom. The workers were friendly, skilled and efficient in getting their work done. The quality of the work was outstanding. Mark kept us informed, and answered all our questions, and came by regularly to check in with us on the progress of the job. Only critique is that sometimes the expected arrival time of the subcontractors was not known - but overall, the job went great. Would definitely hire them again to do another job in the future. It was great! I had looked at Home Depot and Lowes and both were booked way out for installation plus their prices were higher than I could pay. So we decided to go locally to Wilsonville Carpet and Tile. Amy was extremely helpful, she showed me a remnant in the back that was just like the one I had picked out elsewhere. Plus it was less money and could be put in within a couple of weeks. When he came to measure he gave me a bid on more flooring which I will do later. We are extremely pleased with the carpet and the professional men who installed it for us.

This group is experienced and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier, so much so that I am having them do my kitchen. 
I gave the "quality" a "b" rather than an "a" rating because of my choices in product selection. I did not go top of the line with flooring but am quite pleased with what I had installed. 

He is very trustworthy. He is an A+.

They've done everything. In the bathroom, they did the tile. And if they don't do it, they get their contractors in to do it.  Mark Williams is his name and he is wonderful.

I have used them for 30 years in our other house too. I would give them an A. I have had carpet done by them. I have had bathrooms redone by him.  I have used them for everything.  At my other house we had new floors and tile in the kitchen.

Installation was started within a week of intial discussions. Installer was excellent and did a great job and it looks great.  We are very pleased.

Excellent, quality workmanship.  Matt is certainly a professional.  Prompt and efficient with great attention to detail.  The bid was very reasonable and we really appreciated the flexibility to change the grout color when the one recommended by the manufacturer did not match well.

From beginning to finish, Wilsonville Carpet & Tile made the process of design and construction of a replacement shower easy and
enjoyable. The selection of tiles and accents was huge, with something for everyone's taste, and store personnel were helpful without placing any pressure. Everyone who came out to the house was friendly and professional, and the owner, Mark Williams, was very helpful and responsive. Schedules were met on time, if not ahead of time, and they were very neat, and cleaned up after every stage. I highly recommend Wilsonville Carpet & Tile. In my opinion, they are the best!

Everything went very well except for grout residue on the tile surface needed to be cleaned.

I have used Wilsonville Carpet and Tile for several projects in my home; both large and small. This project was a smaller one but they always treat me as if it was a $20,000 remodel. Mark and his employees are professional and his store has a great selection of materials. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mark was very responsive to all our requests, gave us an honest estimate (not the lowest quote, but we trusted him more), he called us in advance to let us know when the workers would be there and followed up diligently. We got three estimates, his was in the middle.

We did a complete remodel of our master bathroom.  Mark, of Wilsonville Carpet and Tile, was the coordinator of the entire project, including recommending and coordinating with the plumbing contractors and arranging for a sheet rock company.
He was very helpful and patient in the selection process (granite tile and floor tile) and explained how each step of the project would be completed.  He gave me a three week time frame and the project was completed on time and with superior craftsmanship.  Rob did all the tile and granite work including building a new and enlarged shower.  He arrived each day when he said he would and worked continuously throughout the day only taking time for a quick lunch.  His work is impeccable.
I can't say enough good things about this company.  I would not hesitate to use them again and would give them my highest recommendation.  We are very happy customers.

The experience went very well. We had used them before in a previous location. The owner is very knowledgeable and he is not pushy in talking about the products available. He will tell you the pluses and minuses and then leaves it up to you to make a decision, he isn't pushing a more expensive product. I think the pricing was reasonable.

We found a mysterious gray and then blackish spot on our vinyl floor near our toilet. A leak had cause mold to grow under the flooring. We visited Wilsonville Carpet & Tile and explained our situation to Mark (we did not want anything fancy, just to fix the problem). He immediately pointed us to his remnant section of vinyl. We found a piece we thought would work and arranged for Mark to come and measure our bathroom later that same day. It turned out the vinyl piece we had pick was not big enough so we revisited the show room the next day and Mark pointed out pieces that would work for us. We selected one and scheduled the install for the following week.
The installer showed up promptly at the scheduled time. Once he got the old vinyl removed we found that there was additional mold and ants in/under the subflooring. He gave us instructions for what to buy to treat this. My husband went and bought the supplies and returned with them. The tech proceeded to apply the ant killer and to prime places with mold. He made a template from the old vinyl and took it back to the shop to cut. (And allow time for the primer and the ant killer to work/dry and become safe for him to work in that area again.)
The second day, he again arrived on time and finished up the job, including replacing the sub-floor with plywood instead of the particle board the builder had used. He re-installed the trim and added some caulking. Lastly, he suggested using a kickplate under our cabinetry instead of caulking where the floor meets the cabinets because it would look better (and it does).
Overall we were very happy with the results and with how this job went. Initially, I wasn't too excited about the price because we were using a remnant and it wasn't something I would have picked otherwise. However, even though there seemed to be a bit of extra work, they still stuck to their original estimate.
Unfortunately, I didn't get the installer's name to give him a shout out,but he was great. I don't feel really comfortable with people being in my house but he was very nice and friendly and great with my dog (which earns extra points from me!).

Mark was most helpful with the product selection process. Not at all pushy. Explained the pros and cons of products and let me make up my own mind. Provided useful guidance with color selection. Installation crew did good job and went the extra mile to accommodate accessibility issues.

We needed new carpet tile installed the week before Christmas because of a new home purchase.  From start to finish, Wilsonville Carpet and Tile were great.  The showroom is stocked full of samples and everything is labeled with the unit price.  After selecting samples that interested us, Mark met us at our home and took some quick measurements.  We were able to look at the samples we had selected in our home to make final decisions.  He gave us a quote that same day, which was an all inclusive, no surprises quote for everything.
The day installation was scheduled, the team showed up right on time and got to work.  The team was very professional and hard working.  I never noticed them taking breaks, no music was played, and they were very polite.  I really enjoyed having them in my home and watching them transform our ugly carpet to beautiful new carpet.  The amount of work they completed each day was amazing.  Our home is 2500 sq ft which is almost entirely carpet.  They removed all the old carpet and installed new carpet in just over 2 days.  It looks beautiful and after living on the carpet for 2 months we are still thrilled with the installation.
We also had tile installed in our master bathroom.  The tile installer also blew us away with his work ethic.  He worked all day cutting and hauling tile and also never seemed to take a break.  He even worked Christmas Eve so that we could have our home finished by Christmas.  
When installing new flooring, I highly recommend Wilsonville Carpet and Tile.  They were eager to meet our time frame, the installers were wonderful (and clean), and the company stands by their work.  Pricing was about the same as other companies we looked at, but the service was much higher.

Our bathroom floor was cracked, so we needed to get the project started quickly. Wilsonville Carpet & Tile was incredibly responsive to our needs, and they accommodated our emergency scheduling. Their employees helped us through every single step, and they were fabulous to work with. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
