They were not even the dealership that sold me the car, but they treated me as if I was buying the most expensive car, and all I was doing was an exchange. I do have all my service done with them, and their service department is above and beyond expectations. Their sales people are extremely honest and personable.

Overall things went well. My Nissan Maxima's new front axles make my driving safe and fun- feels like it's old self again when I hit the road.

The price quoted was LESS THAN a local small time auto repair shop I use for oil changes because I used a parts and labor coupon. The work was completed in LESS time and I feel the quality is better.

This isn't the first time I've gotten a better price on my auto service needs at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan Service Dept. Last January I needed to have a new starter motor installed and the price was better than five other shops I called, again due to a coupon.

What is really cool is that the Service Dept Advisor, Scott Wendell will enthusiastically assist you all the way, even telling you about coupons you may not have known about! Scott has helped me on at least three occasions with suggestions, urgent roadside advice (safe to drive vs tow it), and comparison of prices.

They don’t make up things that are wrong with the car. I trust them completely. I will continue to have my cars serviced here.

I bought my first car with them, but was in an auto accident and had to purchase another car. I had an excellent experience. They went out of their way to make sure I got the best deal ever.
