I used this company for several months. Their business idea of a cleaning rotation is brilliant but they do not execute. I understand missing things here and there but when the rotation is supposed to be focused on a particular area and it is not cleaned, this leads me to believe no one is paying attention. No list to check off. These people are supposed to be experts in cleaning. They often leave items uncleaned, completely out of place and lights on after they leave but my biggest complaint is that they "dust around" not underneath and they do not get corners and edges. Neighbors report they come and go in shorter periods of time than it takes to clean the house. Hence, the missed items. I hate starting over, but I felt cheated. It's hard to give your hard working money away to pay someone to clean your home and then have to worry and ask yourself "is it really clean." I don't want to have to doubt and double check. We started off well but the last several months complacency has set in. I'm sorry to have to write this review.
