I went to Portland Millwork after unsuccessful trips to large box stores. I was looking for some fairly specific features and at the same time was not spending much money, yet Dave Carlson at Portland Millwork helped me out as if I was buying doors for an entire construction project.
There was a glitch--the wrong door came in, which caused me to miss taking advantage of the holiday weekend. They were very forthright, however, and made good on their commitment to quick turn the replacement. They threw in trimming the door to size, which greatly simplified my task and mostly made up for the schedule slip.
I would definitely use them again.
