We liked the idea of using a POD but there was a lot of headache involved using PODS. The delivery of the POD was 4 hours outside of their window time and no one apologized. When it came time to pick up the POD from House A, the guy was 45 minutes later than the estimated delivery window. However, the POD was just redelivered to House B and the guy was very courteous and was well within the time frame. It did make moving easier but was quite expensive. I'm not sure if we would use them again, even though overall there was nothing that went horribly wrong. I just value my time more than they value my time.
