The workers were punctual and their quote was fair, but the quality of the work was absolutely lousy. First, the contractors began to spray the living room of our home, when I was still in the house. They were supposed to tell me when they began so that I could leave (and save myself from the cancerous paint fumes!) Instead, they taped me inside the room that I was in and began to spray! (I am not joking) I realized what was going on and decided to stay because they had already begun to spray and I did not really have a choice at this point. Needless to say, that was a bad idea and I got sick and had to make a break for it at some point. I was sick for approximately 24 hours after that.
When they "finished" the job, I had to call the owner and have them come back because they had missed multiple spots, their lines between the painted wall and the non-painted ceiling were horribly crooked, and they got paint on my bathroom floor. They came back to make corrections, but to this day, I still have paint overspray on my floor, and a severely crooked line of paint in my living room.
The company also used incredibly cheap paint - they told me that they would use paint that was "just like Sherwin WIlliams." I was stupid enough to allow them to do that. The paint that they used is so thin that the wall is constantly getting marked up and looks horrible just one year later. We are having all of their work redone next year.

"We always try to complete each and every job to the customers satisfaction, but in order to do that there has be communication both ways. The last time I met with this homeowner I was under the impression that everything was moving towards wrap up and sensed no dissatisfaction on her part. The first time I saw this post was one year after it was placed ( note the project was completed in October 2009.). I emailed the customer in an attempt to get this wrapped up but did not hear back. Since I have not been unable to reach Amy I need to at least respond. I really wish that the comments above had been sent to me so that the final details could have been wrapped up. After our last meeting I emailed three or four times, I called and left messages and I even swung by a couple of times when I saw the car in the driveway all to no avail. As for the comment regarding the quality of the material I can provide invoices from All painting companies showing that we used the top of the line Interior paints as specified in our bid. I wil again make the offer to wrap up the final 1 % of this job. But if the customer chooses not to have this done then all I can do is to remind everyone Painting is a process which often requires multiple steps to get everything done. I was very happy with both jobs. Today (7/26/2010), everything is holding up well and I am as happy as when it was completed. Ken and his crew are very responsive and professional. They worked with us on color selections and were very patient, coming over several times to paint some sample colors. I will hire them for my next major paint jobs. I hightly recommend them.

They did an excellent job. They were very efficent and on time, getting it done before rain came. We plan on using them for interior painting after Christmas.

HE PAINTED OVER PEELING PAINT AND NOW THE NEW PAINT IS PEELING OFF. HE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE I AM A SINGLE WOMEN.
