prompt with both delivery and pickup. Driver did great job of positioning box in driveway for convenience of loading and to minimize possibility of damaging pavement. They recommended 30yd box but 20 yd would have been quite adequate and a bit cheaper. Billing was very frustrating: hard to understand; incomplete; and scale (dump) charge undocumented. Took several requests to get complete billing.
