Prep work was done well, and most of painting was done timely. When it came to wrapping up and correcting small details, Ignacio was difficult to pin down. I was lucky that I held back a significant portion of the fees, as I'm not sure it would have been done otherwise. In the end, he did what was promised and it turned out beautiful.
