It was fantastic!  They worked quickly and efficiently, and they did a thorough job.

I found Erin on Angie's List, as I generally try to use contractors who are in my local vicinity. From the first phone call, until the final payment, I can say that Erin has been a pleasure to work with. After she initially came out and bid our small job, we had to reschedule due to our own hectic schedule, and Erin was able to fit us in again within a couple of weeks. She was very flexible with wanting to make sure her schedule worked for us, which was a nice touch. We hired Erin to install new drywall where it had been removed several weeks prior for ductwork repair. She also completed a technically challenging job against the stairwell where small pieces of drywall needed to be cut and set in between the railing posts, underneath our new flooring. She then applied texturing so we could repaint that area. The only area which could use a little improvement was clean-up; the garage floor had a layer of drywall dust left behind which hasn't come up very easily and perhaps may have benefitted from use of a dropcloth. However the quality of the work performed, along with Erin's great courtesy and professionalism, far surpasses this small inconvenience and I would hire her for additional work anytime!

Erin and her crew showed up on time and ready to go. I was not on time nor was I ready. The rooms had not been cleaned or even picked up. In addition, unknown to us, we had an ant infestation. When the ceiling light fixtures were removed, thousands of ants dropped down on her employee. These things had the potential to be extremely embarrassing. I say "had the potential" because Erin and her employees could not have handled the situation any better. Their calm, accepting and non-judgmental attitudes put me at ease. They were professional in every sense of the word. Incidentally, their work was excellent, fast and complete.
