Because I enjoyed Amanda's company, I resisted submitting this bad review. But I felt an obligation to fellow consumers. So here goes. She was certainly pleasant and professional enough during our face-to-face encounters. But she did not always respond to my emails, leaving me feeling anxious about what was going on. And some of the information she provided me about the process turned out to be wrong once I clarified it with the Title company. And though she and the inspector she recommended prepared me for about $3K in expenses I should expect once I moved in to the home I bought with her help, that figure ended up being $19K for things that I've been told my realtor/inspector should have warned me about but did not - and that figure could end up being significantly more if the sub-flooring isn't functional after it dries out.
