Stan is a very conscientious and professional worker who goes out of his way to ensure a high quality product, on time and within budget. Every project he has done for us has attracted comment from others regarding the beautiful appearance of the finished work, and the attention to detail. We are proud of the work Stan has done for us and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Couch Construction worked with us to phase the project to meet our schedules for decision making and to allow us to perform some of the work ourselves where we could to save on cost (e.g, friend is an electrician). Stan Couch and all of his subcontractors were prompt, responsive, communicative, and professional. Because we had limited time to work together to make decisions, the project took longer than usual. The team did a fabulous job of cleanup each day to help make our living space more comfortable throughout the project. In addition to these major projects, we've hired Couch Construction to do some small projects and that has also been very positive. We would recommend them for projects big and small.

Given our "oldest projects" date back over 10 years and are still in excellent condition I have every reason to be extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. He ensures he has a detailed understanding of the expectations of the project prior to starting from both my wife and I, he is extremely thorough in attention to detail, and clearly takes great pride in ensuring that the job is done to both his own and the home-owners satisfaction. His pricing is extremely reasonable and his quotes accurate. He is clear and concise in communicating expected timelines, and in the case delays do occur keeps us informed of reasons and resolution. Fundamentally, in all my dealings with Stan, you constantly get the feeling that he has high standards and expectations on himself, and holds all his workmanship to that same high standard. Every project Stan has done for us has been to this same exacting standard. We are always impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and the quality of his work.

Stan was referred to us by a friend, and from the first meeting we had a favorable impression. He understood the plans, was able to get the permits pulled quickly and work began in a timely manner. During the remodel, any delays were usually from us, due to scheduling conflicts to shop for appliances, lights, cabinet's, ect. Stan used sub contractors for the concrete foundation, framing, roofing, drywall, and tile. We did the demolition, electrical, plumbing, HVAC , cabinet's and painting using our own company's that we had used in previous projects and Stan was fine with that. Stan ensured that there were no surprise's and almost counseled my wife and I when we seem to be having differences. We appreciate Stan and the work that he did for us. We have used services recently for some drywall and trim work and would recommend his services.

Stan has proven a very competent, and reliable general contractor. He worked well with our designer on the bathroom remodels. He supervises his sub contractors insuring quality and timely completion of projects. Stan was excellent at containing dust, dirt, and damage from the various projects. At the end of each work day Stan made sure our home was completely clean. When problems arose Stan was excellent at keeping me informed and the remodel moving. Finally, Stan made sure we were completely satisfied with all the work before he considered the job done.

We were getting ready to list our house. The work was great and we know his wife. We hired him again yesterday.

Stan was prompt in returning my phone call to set a time to get a bid. He then called and reconfirmed our appointment the day of and showed up on time. He was good to his word and timely the entire project. He met a Milgard window representative at my home to secure accurate measurements for the replacement windows, and was there again when the windows were delivered to the job site. Each time he called me after they departed the house. Prior to the installation of the new windows, he protected my wood floors, moved the furniture and took down the blinds. The windows fit perfectly and look as though they were installed when the house was constructed. After the windows were installed, he removed the stickers from the windows, cleaned the windows inside and out (!), rehung the blinds, returned the furniture to its location, and left my home neat and tidy. He also called to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction. I also appreciated that he called the Building Recycling Center to have my old, wood windows picked up and reused rather than carting them off to the landfill. This provided me with a donation for tax purposes as well. My new windows look great and I have Stan to thank for a first-rate, hassle-free installation job.
