If you care about your pet(s), take him/her/them somewhere else. Where to start.... The front desk staff (before COVID when interactions with them were face-to-face) was repeatedly cold, curt, and condescending when we went in with our pets. We've stood waiting to be checked-in (again, before COVID) for 20 minutes with no one in front of us, calls taking priority. Then when I was finally addressed, I got all sorts of attitude for existing. The membership: unless your pet is on death's door/has a chronic condition where you're expecting to see the vet more than 12 visits/year and/or multiples times a month, do not get the membership; it doesn't cover anything, only you walking through the door. Prescriptions: if you'd like to take your pet's prescription somewhere else after initial fulfillment, no can do. You have to get another physical (more $$$) before that can be fulfilled somewhere else (preventing you from saving any money which is the whole point one shops somewhere else). But, oh! Don't worry! While you wait for the obligated physical to happen (because everything is booked out), they'll offer to have you buy something else in the meantime that'll suffice...yet again gouging you for more $$$ that you were so diligently trying to save. I've found another vet within 5 miles of this place that's lightyears ahead in customer service practices and charges less for the exact same services. Animal Care Clinic cares more about how much $$$ you're spending in there, not how well they're taking care of your animal.

I boarded my cat for one week at the Animal Care Clinic in Wilsonville. There was an additional cost because the cat required daily medication and a special diet. Their boarding facilities are wonderful and include a multi-level pen with an outside window. Daily the cat received play time outside the pen and when I picked her up she was very content. My previous experience with trying to board a cat had not been successful; however this experience was just the opposite, I'm very satisfied. If you're looking for a safe, inviting facility to board your cat, I highly recommend this facility. I've already arranged for my cat to be boarded with them again.

I am new to the area and have a nine year old cat that was diagnosed by vets at the Animal Care Clinic, following blood tests performed in November 2013, with hyperthyroidism. She began medication and the purpose of this most recent visit was to re-test to determine if she was responding to the medication. The good news is she is. We discussed radio active iodine injection as an alternative to daily pill medication. I find all the personnel at the clinic are welcoming, empathetic and knowledgeable. I encourage anyone searching for a veterinary clinic to consider the Animal Care Clinic in Wilsonville. I'm very satisfied with the care my cat is receiving.

The facility and staff are warm and friendly and I would definitely take other pets to this clinic. If you're looking for a new Vet, I would highly recommend the Animal Care Clinic. The facility is very current in the procedures used to treat all types of illnesses and injuries. The Clinic also offers Pet Boarding.

We are fairly new to them because we moved to this city about nine months ago. They have been really good with our two Dachshunds. I don't know price wise; veterinary care is expensive. They are very nice in there. I think that they have our pets' best interest at heart.

The staff has always been great to work with, even through difficult times with our dogs illness. We recommend them without hesitation.

I've gone to them for several years with my previous dog and this dog. They are friendly and open. They are really caring. They have coupons so I am able to use those for a lot of the care.

THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY TEND TO CALL BACK AFTER THE VISITS. THEY CALL TO SEE HOW THE DOG IS DOING AFTER THEIR SERVICES. WHEN YOU GO IN THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY.
