They are excellent. They come when they say they will. They do thier work quickly and accurately. They know what they are doing. Their extremely reasonable. They are all nice people on top of it all.

,They were recommended to us by our contractor.  We had a huge undertaking of a total remodel of the master bathroom with new shower, sinks, toilet replacement.  The  guest bathroom needed the old pipes torn out and new plumbing run from the down stairs hot water heater to the new installed sink.  The wall hung toilet  needed to be removed and replaced with new connections.  A new line had to be run from the crawl space under the house to a new upstairs for a washer and dryer and utility sink.  All new lines had to be installed to a new addition housing our kitchen that included a new refrigerator with ice maker and two new sink areas.  They installed the new dishwashers (yes two of them at opposite ends of the counter), the disposal, faucets, etc.  And if my memory serves me correctly, it took three days at the most to complete all these jobs.  The work was excellent and we have have had no problems with any of the work that they did.  The two men were pleasant and very easy to work with.  

We have used this company for a few additional plumbing needs since then that were minor in nature.   

They are busy as one would expect.  We had an emergency at one of our rental properties in October but they could not come  immediately so we had to call someone else.  

Their prices are very good and I have absolutely no reservations in recommending their services.

Excellent! Two men came on time, performed work that was requested and with forward thinking, replaced faulty outdoor faucets that had been irritating me for years just because they knew this should be and could be done. These men are tidy and don't create a mess. They are knowledgeable and skilled. They are punctual and QUICK. Finding these plumbers is such a relief, knowing that they will come on time, do the necessary work professionally, and be foresighted to take preemptive action for possible future needs before the disaster occurs. And they are trustworthy also. We used these men for a large remodel several years ago and have been happy with the work performed at that time.

Van Row Mechanical came when they said they would, performed the work required quickly and efficiently within days. I have absolutely no complaints about these guys at all. If they had been in charge of the rest of the renovation, it would have taken two weeks instead of a year and a half. (Well, maybe not exactly that fast, but they are good). No only are they skilled, quick and professional, they are pleasant to work with and helpful with the other projects going on. No job was too big, too complicated or too difficult. And no, we are not related to these guys nor have we known them in the past. But you can bet we will only use them in the future.
