The White City, OR location does not offer any frills or bells or whistles. It feels like they hook you with a price to get your oil changed, but try so hard to get you to purchase other maintenance services. They were very pushy. I had to get out of my car to listen to their sales pitch. They do not take competitor coupons so I had to pay full price once. They do not offer car washes either.
I got frustrated with them because it felt like they were not listening to me.
The only reason I would use them again is the price. You have to be strong and set on not purchasing other services if you only want an oil change.
They told my daughter that her car (Durango) took 8 quarts of oil. I wasn't with her and could not point out this error.
