Fantastic.  Kelly is really knowledgeable and offered complete services from design, plant selection, erosion solutions, irrigation and lighting.  Kimberley is an absolute delight to work with, she's friendly and responsive.  Their crew were respectfully, hard-working and the attention to detail was spot on.

They were delayed for 3 weeks until we had access to the backyard from a side street.  When available, they showed up on time, were very professional and worked in the worst weather - wet and cold.  We are very pleased with the end product and when we did our walk-through, found only one plant that needed to be replaced.  Kelly assured us that we have a one year guarantee on their work including plants and the irrigation system.  The real test will be the spring to see how many plants survive the first winter and if the system has any water leaks.  So far, everything is working as presented.  We would recommend them for any landscaping job.

I had a pretty good experience.  They responded promptly to my call for an estimate, prepared a written proposal, performed the work within two weeks, and got it completed in one afternoon.  They adjusted the bid price downward for use of materials I had on hand.  We have hard clay soil, so a small excavator was required, and they had workers following the excavator to clean the trenches and lay the pipe.  They smoothed and spread grass seed afterwards.

Mr. Holden was extremely gun ho about getting your business, promises everything.  Once he is hired, when reminded of his commitments, he says that he forgot.  We paid top dollar for landscaping and he cut many corners repeating that he would make everything right in the spring when he came back to start up all the irrigation systems.  Since then, we have many plants that are dying and an irrigation system that is not correct.  He has not, and says he is not coming back to our yard.  The landscaping board came to see me after Mr. Holden left one day and informed me that he is not licensed to plant any trees or plants, (which he did in our yard) and his bond is only $10,000 so if the yard went wrong we could only be reimbursed up to that amount.  We are currently dealing with the landscaping board to get restitution.  Kelly Holden has not honored his commitments and his work is still uncompleted.  We would not recommend Kelly Holden to anyone.
