We feel that the repair guys at Big R really went out of their way to help us and give us hints too keep our mower going. They could have charged us for both repairs but didn't. They also told us how to stay out of trouble with our various small engine equipment. I'm not saying you can get free work by them, but I feel they respected the fact that we take our generator and mower there for service and they treated us decently.
