I called and made an appointment for Matt to come to my home. He was very professional and punctual. He checked out the computer and ordered a memory chip. When he left he said he would call when the part came it. He did call in about 2 weeks and came out that day and installed the memory chip. He worked quickly and I am very happy with the way my computer functions now. Everything was easy to accomplish and I think he did an excellent job.
