West Coast Autobody Florence

I was rear-ended in San Francisco a month before my move to Oregon. The local body shop there could not schedule and complete the work by the time I had to leave. (I also asked for a price to have the whole car painted, but the quote exceeded the Blue Book value of the car.)
Rick and his staff at West Coast Auto Body handled everything briskly, courteously, and professionally, and arranged for a rental car that was waiting for me at his shop. The cost was almost exactly 1/2 the quote I got in San Francisco.

I had a minor accident, so Rick and his crew replaced the front bumper on my Jeep. At the same time, they adusted both doors to try to reduce wind noise. Overall price was very, very fair -- a bargain, imho -- and quality of work was excellent. Westcoast also repaired an RV van for me, after a furnace fire last summer, and thte quality on that job was superb. This is a great shop, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. If I could give them an A+, I would.

The estimate takes only a few minutes and the work doesn't start until all of the parts are in. I leave the truck for two or three days and pick it up. The repairs are always done correctly and my truck cab was cleaned. The dealings with insurance were not a problem.
