About us
A Second Set of Ears and a Safe Ride for Seniors to all their medical, dental and physical therapy appointments.We are here to help when families can't be there for their loved ones-either due to distance or work constraints. We operate 7-6PM, Monday through Friday and Saturdays by special arrangement. We are insured. We have professionally trained, well screened, and back ground checked caring companions that stay with the patients throughout the appointment. Our companions are mostly business professionals who are used to advocating for people they are not related to. We help them organize their appointment in writing before leaving for the doctor's appointment to maximize their quality time with their doctor. With their permission we stay and take notes of the doctor's instructions and comments for them to review later in the quiet of their home or to share with their families. We work with Seniors who live independently and also those living in Assisted care, Memory care, and also Nursing Homes and Adult Foster Care Homes.

Services we offer
We offer a safe ride to Seniors who are ambulatory and can get into a normal car. For those in a wheelchair that can transfer to a car we are avaiable for transport to medical appointments. For those who need a lift van for their wheelchair-we will accompany the Senior on the lift van they arrange or we will help them arrange a van transport through Tri Met Lift or Ride Connection and accompany them on that vehicle to take notes of their appointment and be sure they are picked up timely.
