The two times we have worked with Elliott have been great. It is nice to work with and become friends with the person who is helping you with the largest purchase you may ever have in your life, rather than some anonymous person on the other end of the internet, yet Elliott still has access to all the great packages and rates that anyone else would. We will certainly use him again.
Description of Work: We have used Elliott West for a house purchase and a refinance on a different house. He is confident, professional, and experienced. With the refinance, he locked in our rate, then waited several weeks because he knew rate might drop, and he got us a better rate in the end. There are many many details involved in a house purchase. Elliott or his colleague would contact us on a daily basis to inform us of progress or other items needed for the transaction. With our refinance, he was able to reduce our monthly payment from $1900 to $1600. That was quite a help!
