I highly recommend Sue. I bought two houses with two different realtors. I was not happy with those transactions. Sue delivers and gets the job done. She is a great negotiator and is good at troubleshooting. She sold one house for us and helped us buy another house. We just hired her to sell another house for us!!

From the 1st time I met Sue, I knew she was going to be good. I didn't realize how good.
Our home sold in 2 days. I believe it sold so fast because of her advice we took, and a little of God's blessing.
It sold for MORE than asking and I know it was in a large part to how Sue marketed our home when realtors called.
The part that impressed us the most though was with the house we bought. It was a little complicated. There were
multiple issues associated with the age of the house. She was on top of things that weren't even on our radar, like an old
oil tank being decommissioned. She made multiple trips to the county for tax, zoning, and survey maps. The weird thing is she actually enjoys this tedious stuff! She is a wonderful woman of God and can't sing her praises enough.

We had a short sale home to sell, that was on a flood plain by FEMA standards, but not by Washington County standards. That was complicated. I was going through a divorce. My husband moved to CA. Communication between the three of us (Sue, myself, and my husband) could get difficult. There were multiple banks involved. Sue brought in experts. One buyer backed out at the last minute, so there was earnest money involved. I don't think every realtor could have finalized the sale as smoothly and graciously as Sue did.
When I purchased my existing home I had credit restrictions due to a credit standing that had deteriorated over night. Sue looked and looked for and with me for a home that would meet the credit situation I was in. My method of payment for a new home changed a couple of times due to advice and change of mind of a bankruptcy attorney (which I ultimately did not file). Ultimately we found a home who sold to me on contract. The interaction among all the parties involved was complicated.
Both the sale and purchase were complex. Sue understood the laws and learned what she didn't know. Her grasp of the situations was impressive. She managed so much of what I did not understand and ultimately provided my children and myself a home.

Sue found my children and me a home to purchase, as well as sold 4 of our homes. Our situation was dire and Sue sacrificed herself throughout the entire process, so that I could find a home for my children and me, as well as sell our homes and make the most out of a difficult situation. My finnaces were complicated and as a result of some poor decisions my husband had made, we discovered that no financial institution would finance me. I would have given up long before we finally found a home. Sue was determined that we would find a seller who would sell to me on contract, and she was determined we'd find that seller within the same school district my children attended. Not only did we find a home within the same school district, but we ultimately found the home within the same HOA! She worked, manipulated, and massaged every scenario which met my needs, and ultimately, the sellers' needs. I can't say enough about Sue's part in my life at that time.
