REDESIGNS NORTHWEST

I called in the middle of a remodel project that had gone very badly. She came in and saved me from further disaster by providing names of persons who could repair the damage done by an incompetent "contractor" whom I cannot name because of conditions of the lawsuit settlement. Ava did a beautiful job of decorating and designing a beautiful spa-like bathroom. I was so impressed I had her do the rest of my upstairs. She saved me thousands of dollars and the work done is impeccable. She is well connected with the best workers. Her decorating is the best and left me in awe. She intuitively knows just what I would love and I will never do a remodel or redecororate without her again.
She had decorated the lower level of my house prior to this 12 years ago and it still looks current and beautiful today. The only reason I didn't call the second time is because I hadn't planned to change much other than a bathtub and shower. I ended up doing much more because after the unfortunate experience with the "contractor" I wanted to redo everything as long as I was able to obtain Ava's services. I'm sending this review in late because I just joined Angie's List.

Very disorganized, she was frequently late or cancelled. She charged by the hour and I feel she overcharged me, but of course I couldn't prove this. The end result was horrible and had to be redone. Overall a  frustrating experience and huge waste of time and money.
