PRO BLINDS AND SHADES

Both gentlemen were punctual and friendly. My renovation project was still underway when the blinds arrived so I didn't want them installed. They held the products for me until I was ready for installation. I would use them again and highly recommend.

We ordered some basic window coverings from this company and after 4 trips, still don't have the proper product.  It is very difficult to schedule with them if you work Monday-Friday during business hours as they do not make themselves available outside of them.  The company was quick to request payment before the job was done properly even though a defective product  was installed not once but two times. Of course we had to bring it to their attention that the product was faulty, they installed and left leaving it to us to find out the hard way.  About 2 months later, we are still trying to get them to bring the correct product.  If the service was better from the install team, it might be easier to stomach, but we have had to schedule out of work 4 times now to be able to get them here and it's frustrating that it's all been for naught.  They have difficulty adhering to the appointments times set. Two out of the four times we had scheduled times, took time out of our day to come home to meet them, and they didn't show or showed at a different appointment time without calling ahead.  If your time is valuable to you, and you expect a quality product to be installed within the first few times, I would recommend using a different company.

This is our second personal house that we had Mark come out and installed window treatments for. We have had him do installs on our rental properties and have used him on several commercial projects at work for some high profile local companies. Always prompt, professional, and courteous. Great product options, prices and we feel we are being treated fairly. We've reached a point that we don't bother with getting second bids for window treatments anymore.
