This company will rip you off. The only positive reviews are from owners that don't care how tenants are treated and only care about collecting their money. This company is a nightmare to rent from and completely takes advantage of property owners that don't bother investigating the condition of their homes. We took care of this home as if it was our own and also developed a good relationship with the owner. They charge for unnecessary or uncompleted maintenance and the lack of professionalism from their property managers is appalling. It took us 3 months after we moved out to get our deposit back and this was only after a lot of back and forth regarding fees for which we should not have been charged including routine painting, extra cleaning, for after their people did painting and maintenance, even though we hired cleaners upon move-out and provided our receipt for $300, we were still charged an extra $300 from them, replacing toilet seats, none of which were in need of replacing. Do your research. Look at all of the reviews on Yelp, Google, the Better Business Bureau, and across the internet. You'll notice a trend. I'm not sure how this company is still in business, but I'm sure eventually, someone with the time and money for legal fees will rightfully sue PPI for all of their wrongdoing.

They did not perform as a property manager should. i ended up selling the apartment and my credit rating was destroyed because they failed to do the required things after closing. i also would have months vacancies between tenants because they didn't bother rent it or list it for rent.

I don't know how these people stay in business. They don't do anything. Since I ended my service agreement with them after 1 month I am still waiting for the remaining funds to be deposited into the account. The President said she mailed it to my home. Well guess what, it never came. She should have deposited the funds direct as the account was set up for that. Don't use these people. You will be sorry.
