That was wonderful.  It was beautiful and the others liked it.  He was very punctual and he is a hard worker.  He is very professional and laid everything out.  He showed us what he was going to do and how much it is going to cost.  He worked with us very well.  He is very honest and very sincere.  He knows what he is doing.

Our bathroom floor desperately needed a new floor as the vinyl was peeling up.  Brett removed the vinyl floor, sub-floor and installed new sub-floor and tile.  He was on-time, efficient and very CLEAN!!!  Would highly recommend him for sure!

Brett and his crew started and finished their work in two weeks. The painter did a great job of taping off the rooms and meticulously painting by hand and with a roller - two coats where needed.  The carpet installers came in and removed the old carpeting in one morning and laid the new carpet by the afternoon.  Brett installed a new vanity, mirror, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, toilet and tile on the floor and counter top of the vanity.  He did an excellent job as far as craftsmanship and he and all of his crew were extremely clean and tidy with their work - sweeping up and leaving equipment out of the way at the end of the day.  They cleaned up the  grounds around our house and placed the refuse in a trailer in a discreet manor.  It was a pleasure to have them working in our home because they respected our privacy and the condition of all of our belongings as they worked.  We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is expecting high quality work, updated design recommendations and a good remodel experience.

We have had wonderful success with Brett and his crew. From the moment they come on the job until the clean up and leave. When Brett is not on the job, he comes over daily to check on the progress. Our old home has nothing square and many unique code issues. Brett has worked with us to preserve the integrity of our historic home, while adding modern conveniences. He helps to work in our budget by allowing us to do the parts we can to save a few dollars.

Incredible! From the bid through the final handshake, Brett oversees every step. Sometimes we actually have Brett on the job, and sometimes he is popping in and out. I appreciate hearing his workers calling him when a question arrises, he is over shortly, answers the question, inspects the work, and keeps things going smoothly. With an old house, there are odd things that come along; not everything is square or in the same measurement as current code. Brett knows his codes, brings things up to snuff, and offers suggestions that save us money down the road. Although they will work to save us money, they do not cut their quality work to pinch a few pennies. Brett has worked with our budget, giving us things we can do ourselves to save money. (ie. picking up items that will be needed, minor prep work, or doing some primer painting.) Brett leaves the job neat as I keep my house, coming in with a handy vac or a bottle of windex. Quality is quality, and Pacific Side/Brett Darrow gives excellent service.
