Craig did a very professional job. Extremely knowledgeable and open. I would highly recommend him - especially for older homes. The home I am purchasing is 100 years old.

Very well. He messaged us within 24 hours. He was able to schedule us with no problems. Craig provided a report within 24 hours. The report contained colored pictures of the areas that he inspected. He answered our questions regarding his report. We would use him again and highly recommend his service.

Craig was very thorough and knowledgable. He pointed out many issues and helped us separate the important problems from the nit-picky items. It was the first home inspection for my wife, and Craig spent of lot of time explaining what he was doing and why. We would gladly use him again.

We have had Craig do two home inspections for us and during both times we found him to be prompt, diligent, thorough, and very detailed. His inspection reports are comprehensive, completed, and well put together.
With the first house, he identified several key items that were sufficient enough for us to do an unconditional disapproval of the home and look at other houses.

On the second house, he identified a potential issue with the roof and provided some perspectives on the root cause, but still recommended that we have a roofing specialist / contractor look at it. As a result, we got a couple quotes from a few licensed roofing contractors and Craig’s perspectives were in alignment with the roofing contractor analysis.
Overall, he is a professional, personable, high quality home inspector.

Craig came out yesterday to perform an inspection on a house we are under contract to purchase. He was very thorough in his inspection and this was reflected in his detailed 44-page report filled with pictures. He arrived early and immediately got started. He took significant time after the inspection to discuss major problems with me. The report was excellent and I appreciated all of the pictures included. I had Craig dothe inspection on recommendation of my realtor and I was very pleased with his services. Pricing was appropriate for a house of this square footage (3200)

We have used him several times and Craig is very competent. He knows what he is doing, he is very professional, and he covers what he needs to. He doesn't get into the nit-picky stuff on used homes that would unduly alarm the clients. He explains things to them and says if they are an issue or not; he help them discern the information. His pricing is okay and I think it is fair for the value received.

Craig showed up on time and was pleasant to work with. We walked around the house with him for approx. 2 hours and he showed us everything that would be in his report. He was very detailed and answered all the questions that we had. He sent us the report that same evening. We also had him do the Radon Test, which we received the results 2 days later. He was very knowledgeable about our 1926 home and I would highly recommend his services.

The work went really well. Everything was done as promised and everything was the way I liked and what I requested it to be originally.

He was very thorough. Gave me lots of good information. He even crawled into the nearly inaccessible crawl space to look at framing and plumbing. He didn't catch a couple of things, which I discovered down the road, and agreed to reimburse some of his fee. I tell this to demonstrate his honesty, as opposed to recommending that you try to get money back from inspectors!
