With the first house, he identified several key items that were sufficient enough for us to do an unconditional disapproval of the home and look at other houses.
On the second house, he identified a potential issue with the roof and provided some perspectives on the root cause, but still recommended that we have a roofing specialist / contractor look at it. As a result, we got a couple quotes from a few licensed roofing contractors and Craig’s perspectives were in alignment with the roofing contractor analysis.
Overall, he is a professional, personable, high quality home inspector.
