Property Appraisal
SHE WAS AWFUL. I GAVE HER A PREVIOUS APPRAISAL TO WORK FROM AND SHE PERSONALLY INSPECTED THE ENTIRE HOUSE, BUT STILL HAD TONS OF INCORRECT INFORMATION IN HER REPORT. SHE WAS VERY UNWILLING TO MAKE REVISIONS, EVEN WHEN CONFRONTED WITH FACTUAL ERRORS. SHE USED COMPARABLE SALES FROM A TOWN 30 MINUTES AWAY, THAT HAS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT MARKET AND VALUES. SHE ALSO TOOK A LONG TIME TO FINISH THE REPORT.
