 + -1 morePETER IS VERY PERSONABLE, EXPLAINS WHAT HE IS DOING. HE IS THOROUGH AND REASONABLE. THE WORK REQUIRED HIM TO COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES, WHICH HE DID, ACCOMMODATING MY SCHEDULE.
Description of Work: DETERMINED DIFFICULTY WITH COMPUTER READING DVD/CD DRIVES WAS A SOFTWARE CONFLICT & REPAIRED IT. INSTALLED NEW (ADDITIONAL) HARD DRIVE & REPARTITIONED THE OLD ONE.
