We had a great experience working with Markt Construction. Jonathan helped us figure out the best options for us. We ended up remodeling our kitchen, demolished our laundry room off the kitchen and remodeling it into a nice large pantry. We also demolished an in master office and converted it into a laundry room and master closet. Quite a bit of work. Jonathan is great to work with. He is a problem solver and identifies work around for problems that inevitably pop up in a remodel. He has a great list of sub-contractors that are all top notch and they all work well as a team. From demolition to final punch list, communication and professionalism through and through. I would highly recommend Markt Construction for your remodeling needs. You will not regret it!

The contractor sent in a plumber on a Monday with 2 days notice who got someone on the job on Tuesday and they were out by Wednesday. The tiler was done on Thursday and the drywall hanger had the drywall hung on Friday prior to guests arriving. They came back the following week and finished the mud work. All in a friendly and professional manner.

They did a really nice and professional job. It was done on time and for the estimate. It was a good job. They kept things clean and they did a good job.

They were pretty professional. We made our sketch of the kitchen that had them taking out a part of a wall, about three or four feet to open up the sidelines. The other contractors said that they would do that. Markt told us they didn't think it was a good idea because of the way they roof beam was tied into the walls. I think that saved us from having someone come in and make a mess. They did a pretty good job overall. The kitchen looks nice and had held together well. They did a fair amount of painting and it did not hold up well. There has been a lot of peeling. We have had their subcontractor back out several time but it still doesn't look good in several places.
